Refund Policy

All ticket purchases MUST be through Dance cloud. No refunds will be given, and No tickets are to be resold (you can re-allocate your ticket via dance cloud). Swing Tyne will readvertise your place and if successful a refund will be issued (up till 1st May 2026) We do however recommend you take out Holiday/travel insurance in case of Illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of the event being cancelled by Swing Tyne a refund will be made of up to 80%.

Swing Tyne is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers; but venues, teachers, and bands still need to be paid. Last minute cancellations make it very difficult for us to do the planning necessary to run high quality, affordable events.
